2. The location of the infringing material on the Hidayah platform
3. Your contact information, including name, address, telephone number, and email address
4. A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
5. A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owners behalf

Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to Hidayah. Your counter-notification must include:

1. Your contact information
2. A description of the content that was removed or disabled
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification
4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or if you reside outside the United States, the jurisdiction of the United States District Court for the Northern District of California), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notification or an agent of such person

Hidayah reserves the right to update or change this Copyright Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised policy on this page. We encourage users to review this page periodically for any updates.
